A warm, lounge-style night of seeing and talking pictures. Come as you are; leave inspired.

We’ll dive into our featured expert photographer’s (TBA) work, explore a curated set of attendee images, and learn together.

General Admission

Entry to Photo Study Live · food & drinks (pizza, fruit, vegan salad, wine/water/juice) · option to submit up to 2 images for the curated Group Photo Study.

VIP

Everything in GA plus the VIP Hour (6–7:30pm): intimate Q&A with the host, pre-event mixer, early seating, and a limited edition “i see different v1” t-shirt.

House rules

  • 21+ only. Alcohol may be present. Smoking is allowed outdoors or designated area only. No sales/distribution. Consume responsibly.

  • Shoes off on entry; treat the home, neighbors, and neighborhood with care.

  • Seating is lounge-style (couch, chairs, floor cushions). Choose what’s comfortable, respect personal space.

  • Food & drink: Pizza from Mike’s (New Bern), fresh fruit, vegan salad, wine, bottled water, juice. Allergens may be present; we’ll label where possible.

  • No host recording. Personal snapshots only during breaks; no flash during the study. Ask consent before photographing anyone’s face/identifiable features.

  • Accessibility: Need a specific seat or assistance? Tell us in the form and at arrival.

  • Safety: If unwell or overly impaired, please don’t attend (or arrange a safe ride). The host may ask any guest to step outside or depart for group comfort/safety.

  • Privacy: Arrival details and exact address are shared after purchase. Keep them private.

Cancellation / Transfers

Tickets are only transferable to another person with notice to host. No refunds within 48 hours of start time.

Limitation / Waiver

By attending, you accept normal risks of a home gathering (stairs, furniture, movement). Move carefully, keep pathways clear, and follow host instructions. This language supports clarity and community care and is not legal advice. Contact the host with questions before booking.
